Ginny Morrison helps confinement facilities reach their goals of compliance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA). Ginny is one of only 20% of auditors certified to audit all juvenile, adult and community corrections facilities, and she has served as a peer reviewer for other PREA auditors.
